Health Program Support Specialist/QA

We are looking for a QA and Program Support Specialist to perform various program analytic functions. This role is a full-time position in our Fairfax, Virginia office.


  • Interface with a web-based content management system to support the testing of program configuration
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
  • Coordinate amongst the Product and Development team to resolve customer support tickets
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders
  • Multitask and comfort in a fast-paced environment


  • BS or BA degree in a business/ technology related field, preferred
  • 3+ years of QA experience
  • Comfort with technology
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical
  • Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Displays a high level of team work, motivation, and flexibility
  • Experience using a content management system is a plus
  • Familiarly with Jira and Confluence is a plus
