Vibrent is looking for someone who has strong background in Digital Project Management with five+ years of hands-on project management for website development.  Someone who has a passion for delivering creative and innovative digital solutions. Whether it be traditional web, digital promotion, social media, display advertising, or any other tactics in the digital space, you should know how to deliver the task flawlessly.

Someone who thrives in professional, strategic and innovative user-focused environments that are committed to delivering quality products and/or services.  Candidate must be self-starters, able to quickly learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Functions:

  • Primary responsibility is ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
    • Ability to work backwards from key dates to develop detailed project plans or spot check internal teams project plans.
    • Coordinate and determine team meeting frequency to keep projects on track.
    • Ability to develop alternate plans to meet key dates.
  • Ensure all key notes and project plans are updated across all Project Management tools.
  • Overseeing project management software and reporting.
  • Mitigate and identify all possible project risks to digital projects and get such issues resolved without delay.
  • Identify all potential scope issues and address them internally and with clients.
  • Build trust and good working relationship with clients.
  • Take part in improvement efforts for the team involved in project management.
  • Manage design, development, testing and launch of high traffic responsive websites.
    • Team with developers daily to assess progress of web deliverables and address roadblocks.
    • Work with digital designers and web developers to ensure fully responsive website on phones, tablets and PCs.
    • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into website requirements for responsive website and mobile experience as well as sub-domain sites.
    • Deep understanding of various content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Wordpress and other tools such as CRM, Email Mailchimp, Invision, SalesForce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Manage remote teams in an Agile/ Scrum environment.
  • Identify and manage third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, ZOHO, Asana ,and Trello.
  • Create, maintain and update detailed project plans that will drive schedule, resource and client management.
  • Establish web team priorities, manage product backlog and make strategic solution prioritization decisions.
  • Manage A/B testing planning and implementation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or other relevant area
  • 5+ years of experience as a web/digital/interactive project manager or similar position
  • Possess a working understanding/experience in SDLC including strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills 
  • Deep knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and knowledge in HTML and CSS
  • Experience reviewing site metrics and making strategic decisions based on data
  • Experience managing, communicating and building relationships with clients
  • Work independently, with minimal input from direct manager needed for job performance
