Health Program Manager (Diet and Recipes)

Vibrent Health is looking for a Health Program Manager with a focus on diet and recipes.  Both research and real world experience implementing and supporting health and/or wellness programs is requried. This person will work directly with our academic partners and the NIH to help accelerate the pace of research and translational science by translating our partners’ clinical and behavioral needs into evidence-based Vibrent programs. While no specific technical skills are required the candidate should be at ease with technology like mobile devices. The Health Program Manager will configure program details including health literacy content, behavioral interventions, support content and other business rules using a web-based administrator interface. The Health Program Manager will work with internal resources including Product Management and Quality Assurance regarding patient safety, usability and product details of the system.

This role is a full time role in our Northern Virginia office. This position reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a suite of digital health programs with a focus on diet and recipes. 
  • Interfacing with industry and academic customers and partners to translate their program vision into Vibrent program requirements
  • Using your creativity to invent engaging patient, consumer and participant experiences
  • Writing tailored messaging, health literacy content, program support content and program branding content
  • Configuring program parameters via a web-based interface including business rules, content and data collection forms (no coding required)
  • Quality assurance and data integrity testing for the programs under your management
  • Compiling data analytics reports
  • Analyzing engagement and making the requisite updates to the program configuration
  • Coordinating with internal teams including the design, development and testing teams

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least a masters level degree (MPH,MS or PhD)
  • Experience supporting diet related health programs for the USDA or similar agency/association required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new technology tools and experiences
  • Familiarity with wearables like Fitbit is a plus
  • A strong logical mind is critical to this role because of the importance of business rules in the Vibrent system
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have effective time management skills in order to organize and prioritize workload, foresee problem areas, and seek immediate action
  • Must be a critical thinker who solves problems for themselves
