Marketing Designer

Vibrent is looking for a highly-motivated marketing designer to help service the ever-growing creative needs of the company. A key member of a cross-functional digital team, the Marketing Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing design solutions that meet a stated strategy or goal, telling the Vibrent Health story in an effective and creative way, while aligning with our corporate identity guide, digital style guide and industry best practices. This position will manage multiple digital and print design projects simultaneously, ranging in scope, priority, and complexity. It supports a range of Vibrent Health’s digital vehicles; including websites, portals, videos, e-mail, e-newsletters, white papers/case studies, social media and more. 

Candidate must be self-starters, able to quickly learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in professional, strategic and innovative user-focused environments that are committed to delivering quality products and/or services.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a brand design system to ensure consistency throughout projects

  • Work across teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality print collateral, digital assets, website, infographics, dynamic presentations, and event materials

  • Work collaboratively with and directing outside vendors to keep our brand consistent

  • Design static and animated web media banners for digital advertisements

  • Provide creative solutions on each project that stays on top of design trends

  • Handle print design from concept through pre-press and hand off to a printing vendor

     

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5+ years of applied graphic and print and digital design experience  
  • A strong understanding of current web design best practices and styles

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Flash, After Effects, Premier is a plus)

  • Print Experience including posters, brochures and related collateral

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is a plus

  • A conceptual thinker with hands-on graphics experience who can bring creative solutions to make Vibrent’s brand stand out

  • Communicates clearly in written or verbal form and converts technical or clinical situations into plain English

  • Proficient in problem-solving processes

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

  • Effectively interfaces with senior management

  • This team functions as an in-house marketing/design agency, so agency experience is a major plus
  • Microsoft Office using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
