Product Manager (BI & Analytics)

The BI and Analytics Product Manager will support Vibrent’s data-driven approach to health. The Product Manager will be a leader in all aspects of business intelligence and analytics at Vibrent Health. As a data-driven professional, this opportunity represents a great opportunity to drive our data analytics strategy and implementation of our analytics platform. You will interface with internal stakeholders as well as with high profile customers such as the National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins, the US Military and others. Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the product leader of all business intelligence and analytics strategy and implementation
  • Vendor management for analytics platform implementation
  • Write product requirements, agile user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI and technical teams at Vibrent Health
  • Maintain BI and analytics related product backlog
  • Create and maintain a BI and analytics product roadmap
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build and enhance the analytics platform
  • Collaborate with external partners and customers to document their BI and analytics needs and write requirements
  • Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability and value
  • Assist in training and provide guidance to business users on BI toolsets; assist business users with self-service report development


  • This person must have both business and technical skills related to business intelligence and analytics
  • Strong background in BI and analytics tools including those used for data visualization, dashboards, mobile analytics, web analytics 
  • Past performance in building products with similar capabilities 
  • Strong technology systems background
  • Experience working with Agile software development methodology
  • Experience with using JIRA Agile software or comparable tool
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new technology tools and experiences
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be a critical thinker who solves problems for themselves
